Yes. Holders of the Mobility Parking Inclusion Card (CMI-S) can park free of charge in all on-street parking spaces, whether reserved or not. However, you must comply with certain conditions if you do not want to be penalised.
Two options:
1. In a reserved GIC space.
These spaces continue to be free of charge, provided that the CMI-S card is clearly visible behind the windscreen (validity date visible). Failure to produce this document will result in a fine for illegal parking.

2. In a paying parking space.
It is necessary to declare oneself otherwise the vehicle will be penalised with an FPS fee (post-parking package).
There are two ways to register:
- register your vehicle on monstationnement.bordeaux.fr or at the municipal police reception desk
- or get a “PMR ticket” from a parking meter or mobile application (Easy Park or Flowbird) each time you park your vehicle and place your CMI-S card behind the windscreen in a highly visible position (validity date visible). This will automatically send an agent to check that your card is present and valid.
For full details, go to the PMR parking page.
